You'd like to rent in BAHATI VILLA for your holiday? Here are some important informations for your booking:

You will get our reply by e-mail as soon as possible with information about availability of the Villa
date(s) you specified.
Please transfer 50% of the total costs of your stay to the Austrian bank account (Account Nr.), (Name of Bank), (BLZ), (SWIFT-Code). Specify "BAHATI VILLA" and the date of your stay on your order.
NOTE: In case of cancellation of your booking by BAHATI VILLA due to hostilities, war, terrorist unrest, usw. we will obviously refund all your money.
With your payment your reservation is obligatory.
NOTE: All reservations are considered by the chronological order of payments on our bank account!
Once we got your payment we will send you an e-mail with your booking confirmation. This mail is your voucher, please bring it with you to BAHATI VILLA.
The remaining 50% of your total fee are payable in BAHATI VILLA in cash (US$, Euro or Tanzanian Shillings)

If you cancel your confirmed booking within 60 days of arrival date, the following cancellation fees will apply. NOTE: No fees will be payable if you can introduce substitutes for the whole duration of your intended stay in BAHATI VILLA!

Cancellation Fees in Detail:
From 60 to 31 days before arrival:	30% of first payment
From 30 to 14 days before arrival:	40% of first payment
From 13 to 9 days before arrival:	50% of first payment
From 8 to 4 days before arrival:	70% of first payment
From 3 days to day of arrival:	100% of first payment
All costs exclusive bank fees for money transfer back to your account!
